I went to the service department for an oil change. I had a service coupon that I pulled off their website the day of service. They refused to honor the coupon that was currently posted on their web I had a service coupon that I pulled off their website the day of service. I was told quote "that doesn't hurt our feelings" this is the second issue I have had with this service department. The first was when this vehicle was a few months old, less than 10,000 miles, the clear coat started peeling. The dealership denied warranty service for spots of peeling clear coat. I will not be returning for service, and will not consider purchasing from them. More
