The salesman was great, but when we sat down with the finance person, we almost walked out. She went on and on and on trying to sell us the extended warranty. We also found out she didn’t try to get the finance person, we almost walked out. She went on and on and on trying to sell us the extended warranty. We also found out she didn’t try to get the best interest rate for us. We were going to McKinsey Ford because I knew we could do better there when said she would try something else, in About two minutes she had miraculously found a lower rate. It took 3 hours to get out of the dealership when we knew what we wanted when we walked in. That is compared to about an hour at other dealerships. The vehicle was also very dirty when we got it. It was poorly detailed. More
