What was expected to be a 2 hour service call, turned into a 48 hour event. After the work was done, I had to bring the car in the next day again to repair the front console that fell apart after work w into a 48 hour event. After the work was done, I had to bring the car in the next day again to repair the front console that fell apart after work was done on my car. No offer was given to wash my car or vacuum the interior. The repair people left bits of coated wire and tape on the floor of my vehicle. Lipton Toyota used to be better at customer service. More

I had the worst experience ever and will never ever go back to lipton again.. I went to the service department for a oil change and i spend more than four hours and pay for a tire rotation and not even ch back to lipton again..
