Litchfield Ford had exactly what we were looking for at the best price. We went to preview it and bought it on the spot from Russ Haas. The situation got a little complicated with the trade in but Russ made it all work and we drove out happy customers. After a test drive inquiry, I was contacted by Tom Provitz immediately (within a few hours AND on Sunday when the dealership was closed). Tom responded to all my questions almost immediately and was quick to set me up on a test drive that worked with my schedule. Mike in sales was a tremendous help. He lead me through a great scenic route on our test drive and is extremely laid back and personable, absolutely no pressure at any point during the sale. He himself is a car enthusiast and he discussed with me his passion for cars rather than trying to push a sale. He also communicated with me via text about any questions and concern and was genuinely excited for me when the sale was completed. Absolutely the best, 12/10. Finally Jeff Tucker dealt with the financial portion of the process. I spoke with Jeff on the phone and he did a great job explaining everything, again, no pressure on trying to sell things; he simply presented options and let me pick what worked for me. Once I came in to close the sale we had hardly anything to go over because he had previously been so clear on what to expect. I also met Roman and Brian, the sales managers. Both were friendly and genuinely interested in what I was looking for. I happily recommend Litchfield Ford to anyone in the market for a new or used car or truck.
