I'm giving them 5 stars because when I called I was lucky in having Russ Haas be the one to answer. When we met for the test drive I explained my lack of car buying experience and my uncertainty with it all was likely obvious. Russ handled it with complete professionalism, and some humor. He was patient with my ridiculous amount of questions, knowledgeable, straight forward, easy to work with, and kind. Just all around thorough and helpful in making my purchase convenient and stress-free. Thanks! More

It was a pleasure to make a d From the day I stepped into the dealership, I had a great experience with the staff and mainly my salesperson Russ Haas. It was a pleasure to make a deal with Russ. He's true to his word and won't xx you to make a sale. I wasn't pressured into purchasing my vehicle and price tag was good compared to other dealers who try to squeeze every penny out of you for a special order vehicle. The only thing I can complain about is that they wouldn't let me test drive it until I signed the contract. I didn't mind too much because of the experience I had with them. I hoping my experience will be the same if I need service on my vehicle. I would definitely recommend them to anyone buying a Ford vehicle. More
