He promptly sent me everything I needed to know about buying the car, called to go over the numbers, and explained every detail and matched the price I was looking to spend, I was instantly sold on Litchfield Ford and bought the car over the phone. From that point on, he took care of EVERYTHING, including getting my insurance updated. I picked up the car yesterday and it was the easiest transaction I have ever done. The car was waiting outside, Jeff Smith went out of his way to explained every little detail about the car, I signed the papers and drove out of the lot. Jeff Smith and Jeff Tucker (Finance) at Litchfield Ford are very professional, super friendly, extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure I had the best experience purchasing this car.
