I found exactly what I was looking for on Litchfield Ford's website, so I called and spoke with Jeff Smith in sales. I asked a few questions and he took it from there. He promptly sent me everything I needed to know about buying the car, called to go over the numbers, and explained every detail and matched the price I was looking to spend, I was instantly sold on Litchfield Ford and bought the car over the phone. From that point on, he took care of EVERYTHING, including getting my insurance updated. I picked up the car yesterday and it was the easiest transaction I have ever done. The car was waiting outside, Jeff Smith went out of his way to explained every little detail about the car, I signed the papers and drove out of the lot. Jeff Smith and Jeff Tucker (Finance) at Litchfield Ford are very professional, super friendly, extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure I had the best experience purchasing this car. They are kind, attentive, and have a very high level of knowledge on their vehicles. Once I entered the dealership I was greeted with smiles and hellos. Right away, I was able to pinpoint a car that I wanted to get and then Jeff helped me to pick out my car. I was able to test drive as many cars as I wanted and even though I didn't find something on the first try, they were able to find me what I wanted within a few days. Once I went ahead with the purchase, they made everything so seamless. It is such a hassle going to the dmv to register the car, and there you don't even have to blink an eye and they have it taken care of!! Jeff went over all of the accessories on the car with me very thoroughly so I felt comfortable with what I was going to be using. On top of it all, they gave me a free oil change and a full tank of gas for my new car. I couldn't be happier with the service I have received and I highly recommend anyone to use Litchfield Ford when looking to get a new car. More
