They are kind, attentive, and have a very high level of knowledge on their vehicles. Once I entered the dealership I was greeted with smiles and hellos. Right away, I was able to pinpoint a car that I wanted to get and then Jeff helped me to pick out my car. I was able to test drive as many cars as I wanted and even though I didn't find something on the first try, they were able to find me what I wanted within a few days. Once I went ahead with the purchase, they made everything so seamless. It is such a hassle going to the dmv to register the car, and there you don't even have to blink an eye and they have it taken care of!! Jeff went over all of the accessories on the car with me very thoroughly so I felt comfortable with what I was going to be using. On top of it all, they gave me a free oil change and a full tank of gas for my new car. I couldn't be happier with the service I have received and I highly recommend anyone to use Litchfield Ford when looking to get a new car. More

He showed me both vehicles and helped me understand the pros and cons of each vehicle. He spent 2.5 hours with me going over everything to make sure I was comfortable with my decision. No other dealership had paid that much attention to my concerns. I then returned a few days later to sign the papers and drive away in my new ride. Jeff Tucker was very excited to help me understand my payments and offered me the necessary needs to keep my car maintained for the length of my loan. Dan LoRusso made me feel right at home and assured me that if anybody could get me a loan Jeff Tucker could. He suggested we go for a test drive and if I liked the truck we would let Jeff work his magic. I did like the truck. And I thought it was si fairly priced I did even haggle.
