Dishonest and not caring I brought my Mustang to Litchfield Ford for an airbag recall. I figured this should be an easy service. After being told the car was all set and ready I brought my Mustang to Litchfield Ford for an airbag recall. I figured this should be an easy service. After being told the car was all set and ready to go I was handed my key. I walked outside open my door and immediately noticed the dashboard look like a two-year-old tore it apart then tried to put it back together. I walked back in and was told I need to speak with the service manager. The service manager looked at it and said he's not sure how that could have happened because they've done so many. Before letting the conversation go any further I told him I had full pictures and video of the condition of my car in their lot that morning and I also had a full recording of the incident because the car has a dash cam equipped. AT that point he said none of that was necessary and they would repair it. They did make good on repairing my car. Even after reviewing the dash cam the second time all you hear is the mechanic swearing and using profanities because of how difficult the job was for him and in my opinion the lack of expertise he has. I was directed to general manager Patrick hill to express my concerns but he has not returned my phone call. I understand accidents happen but I do not understand the mechanic putting everything back together and the dealership hoping I would not notice they damaged my car. I view this as lying to me. I still have not received a simple apology for one damaging my car, two not telling me / lying to me about it and three inconveniencing me and wasting my time More
