He took the time to explain everything to me in an easy-to-understand manner. Answered all of my many questions. And, made me feel very confident when making my final decision about the 2015 Ford Escape that I purchased. I couldn't be more satisfied with this car. He took the time to explain all of its many premium benefits and functions to me until I really understood how to work everything. Great guy. And, spent quite a bit of time making sure I fully understood everything about my warranty and the extra warranty that I am considering. He was precisely tuned into to every thought we had. He is a fantastic knowledge base to say the least about this hard working, delightful young man. And God bless him for all he had to bear with by my lack of car purchasing experience! Understanding your customer is rule number one in any business and every effort was made by all to do so. The girls at the service desk, Audrey, no matter who we dealt with, we were impressed by their willingness to accommodate. Also, having little knowledge of cars and purchasing, I had my 22 thousand questions answered even when requiring repetition. Shall I rave on? The selection of cars was ok for the size of the it lot. Thus far happy with the purchase and would gladly return for the next one and will! ( you have been fairly warned Brian! Lol) Dealerships have changed quite a bit from years ago. You can expect difficulty in getting quoted price to go down. Not the dealer’s doing but EVERYTHING costs you more so be sure to do your planning ahead. Fees were all explained clearly. There are no perks these days so if you want anything added or “thrown in” it is not happening with any of the car dealerships I have spoken with recently. I do miss the old days! All almost said, lol, I am happy to have become a customer at this dealership and so far, I plan on conducting All of my car purchases here. Corporate amerika is what it is, BUT I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP! THANK YOU ALL! More
