H O R R I B L E. Mr. Brown never returned calls, they never finished the job. Our car was hit at the beginning of December, we had to go back 3 times and 7 months later (August) we were still waiting on never finished the job. We called the Lithia corporate customer service people in Medford OR. They acted concerned, then stopped all communications. We finally just went somewhere else, got the part and had the car fixed. Even though Lithia was closed, the 5 year roadside assistance that this car came with handled the storage, delivery of my vehicle and details of my problem to Lithia at no monetary cost to me. My car was repaired the following business day. Mr. Alvarez provided me with a loaner vehicle while my car was under service at no additional cost. The staff was very responsive and cheerful and personal. I get the feeling that they are genuinely care about their product and the concerns of their customers. In addition, I received status updates throughout the day which is important to me. I would definitely recommend Hyundai to anyone out their who cares about being treated like a person and not a number and a warranty that is unparalleled in the industry. More
