H O R R I B L E. Mr. Brown never returned calls, they never finished the job. Our car was hit at the beginning of December, we had to go back 3 times and 7 months later (August) we were still waiting on a part. We called the Lithia corporate customer service people in Medford OR. They acted concerned, then stopped all communications. We finally just went somewhere else, got the part and had the car fixed. Unbelievable that these people are still in business. When we picked up the car for the final time, they didn't know where it was. Robert Brown is did not help us, the job was never finished.
