One of the worst dealership experiences I've had. I bought a 2019 Armada after an independent inspection showed it needed tires and front/rear brakes. Lithia agreed to replace them. I specifically ag I bought a 2019 Armada after an independent inspection showed it needed tires and front/rear brakes. Lithia agreed to replace them. I specifically agreed to pay extra for BFGoodrich KO3 tires, yet they installed cheap Kelly tires instead. After days of poor communication, they finally installed the KO3s, then tried charging me about $650 instead of the agreed $320, including costs caused by their mistake. They also refused to replace the agreed rear brakes. My independent inspection measured them at 2–3mm; Lithia first said 5mm, then 4mm on recheck. I repeatedly asked to speak with the GM and was not allowed to. I won't use this service department again. More

Lythia and our wonderful sales person Jennifer made the experience truly wonderful, and they were happy to sell me a vehicle that costs twice as much as the one we traveled from Missoula to see.
