Bought a truck and two days later the auto start stopped working and the engine light came on. The truck has 13,000 miles on it. Had it in writing for a window tint and full tank of gas. I had to contact b working and the engine light came on. The truck has 13,000 miles on it. Had it in writing for a window tint and full tank of gas. I had to contact both the salesman and service dept numerous times for the window tint and gas. Txt and calls were not returned. I went in and they said the computer system was down and couldn’t get me in for a week. Took it in at 7:30am for an appt at 10:00 on a Friday. Called them 5 times with no answer or cal back. So they currently have my 2 week old truck for the weekend. I knew the service dept was the worst I’ve ever dealt with from taking my suburban in and again never receiving info on it, never answering calls, and never receiving updates. I did not, however, realize or know how poor the actual dealership was. From the typical “it’ll be just a few min” (2+ hour wait), to the “oh yeah we’ll take care of that right away” (never was taken care of), to the “I’ll give you a call tomorrow with appointments for the tint and fuel” (none which happened). Not that many dealerships or salesman are great, but this was in hands down the worst. Unfortunately I bought the car before talking to numerous people who said exactly the same thing. I will never recommend nor buy from here again. More
First of all, I would like to start this off with Ryan and Landon are great... They were my first contacts while purchasing my 2022 Danali. I have, in past years, had some issues with the service depa and Landon are great... They were my first contacts while purchasing my 2022 Danali. I have, in past years, had some issues with the service department.. I met with Tim, the service manager, and now feel confident that many of the issues I have had in the past will and are being taken care of. I brought my truck in today to the service department and was treated professionally by Tim and his assistant behind the counter.. I believe her name was Myria. It appeared that all the sales reps were in a meeting and not available on the floor. I was met by a new salesman, Michael Cowser and he asked if he could assist me.. I informed him that I had just dropped my truck off at the service department and that I was looking for someone to give me a ride to my office. He stated he would be happy to give me a ride and asked if I had made arrangements to return. I stated I had not, as I was not given a timeline on when my truck would be done. He stated he would be happy to help me there too if I need it. I was impressed that I had dropped my truck off at 8:00 am, was finished talking with the Service department by 8:10, and by 8:15 Michael had me on my way back to my office.. I realized that I had left my keys to the office in my truck and he graciously returned to the dealership so I could acquire my keys and then took me to my office. This type of service is "Old School". Michel went out of his way to make my experience a pleasant one. This team approach did not drop the ball, which could have been easily done. My hats off to all.. To Ryan and Landon who started my journey, to Tim and his team for my current needs, and topped off today by Michael Cowser. He was able to get me back to my office in time for me to continue my day. Thanks, Michael, for going out of your way when you did not need to. You helped heal the black eye of this business's past.. No one answer phone calls let alone returns a voicemail in Service or parts department. Have bought two new trucks here and it just seems to get worse.
