The service was performed well!! It appears that the service writers are well versed to offer higher cost repairs and increase basic service costs when clients enter. This policy is It appears that the service writers are well versed to offer higher cost repairs and increase basic service costs when clients enter. This policy is not always productive. The reason, I know many myself included, avoid dealerships for basic service. The reason is not that additional cost are warranted or not, WHAT they do is increase the lenght of stay that a client with limited time can remain. In many cases the estimated waiting time was increased by more than 100%. Reasons like this are why Quick Lube remain in service. It would appear that to improve your income and botton line some study should be made to find a solution that benefits the dealer and customer. I am sure there is a solution. More

Thank you Lithia My car suddenly developed a coolant leak the evening before I was supposed to go out of town for a week. Lithia got me in first thing the next morning My car suddenly developed a coolant leak the evening before I was supposed to go out of town for a week. Lithia got me in first thing the next morning, even though it was a Saturday. They didn't have the part to fix the problem. So they agreed to keep the car and fix it while I was gone. The Dealership is Composed of Idiots and Morons They treated us like they couldn't care whether we bought from them or not. The salesman didn't know poop from putty. He didn't even know what was on They treated us like they couldn't care whether we bought from them or not. The salesman didn't know poop from putty. He didn't even know what was on his lot and he said he'd worked there 8 years. He showed us a truck that I wanted to buy. Didn't offer a test drive or much of nothing. He sent us an email quote and two days later said he gave us the employees discount and his quote went up $2500. When I complained to his General Mgr, he said that that was life and I could take my business elsewhere. Which I did. I went to TC Chevy in Ashland and they treated me, not like just another customer, but like I was their only customer. They made me feel like a King. There was NO pressure and they found my dream truck in three days. Go to Ashland, Oregon. You won't be sorry. If you go to Lithia fr Redding after reading this then you are an idiot and deserve just what you get. More

This place of business is horrible. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It took three days with trying to get financed and then they told me I had to get another 1000 dollars for the down p recommend this place to anyone. It took three days with trying to get financed and then they told me I had to get another 1000 dollars for the down payment (which I did) and the bank would accept it. Then after going through the paper work I was missing one pay stub that I had to bring in the next day. The next day comes and the sales manager calls me and said with them talking to the bank and trying to get everything done someone else came in for the car I want Ted and they sold it to them right underneath me. I am very disappointed in the way they do business and I will tell all my family and friends never to go there and I'm going to write reviews on every site I can and I'm going to the BBC about them. More
