All contracts and electronic signatures are completed through secure, regulated systems, and all funds associated with a transaction are fully documented and accounted for. It is not possible for dealership staff to “pocket” customer funds, and any suggestion of that nature is simply false. We take our customers’ trust and our legal obligations extremely seriously. If there is confusion or a concern regarding your paperwork, I am willing to review the documentation with you directly to clarify what was signed and how the transaction was processed. I certain did get scammed or at least for now I have hired a attorney.when my electronic signature was not the one I made and spelt different than the one I made and there is 9 months added to contract that I did not agree to that’s a iPad scam

Laurie, the statements in your follow-up are still not accurate. Our dealership does not engage in “iPad scams,” falsify signatures, alter contract terms, or add months to a contract without a customer’s authorization. All retail installment contracts and electronic signatures are completed through regulated systems that record the exact time, device, and authorization used at signing, and those records are auditable. Look I could feel something was not right with the iPad deal and red flags should have stopped me then.I Google about it and it’s all over web about it being a scam so it’s very much there and very much did happen to me.The dealership had led me to beleive time after time that I was going to be taken care of it was a mistake in finance it was no big deal.On 4 different occasions I show up do redo paperwork and 4 different people I was handed off to wanted to act like they didn’t know what I was there for.Its going on 2 months of being lied to pushed off and gave a total run around.There is no integrity there.This isn’t a few hundred were are talking thousands of dollars and now I feel like you are insulting my intelligence and calling me a lyer.

I trusted Lithia to take care of me Lithia failed.I trusted Lithia to take care of a mistake they failed.I have no more trust in Lithia and fully beleive they have been deceitful and this never was a mistake with finance It has been a scam from the start and it was intentionally done.

The 2 different electronic signatures proved it from the start I just had hope that since I caught it they would make it right instead have insisted on insulting my intelligence waisted my time leading me to beleive it would be taken care of.and I had nothing to be concerned about.
