Well I was told over the phone that there was an approval for our truck. After driving 2 hours and arriving at the dealership, she shows up the truck which was not what I was made to believe I drove over the for our truck. I told her that I was interested from the start in a 2500 Ram diesel, get there and she brings up a brand new fully loaded 1500. So, it's nice I decide to talk numbers, and they come out and show me 3 offers with 3,4 and 5K down which I had already said not putting money down. So now they are trying to say with no money down there's not a deal and I voiced my irritation and they said that we will make a deal today. 5.5 hours later we are leaving with a truck. I was told that there is a package on the deal where I get an extra key and that it has bumper to bumper warranty until a certain number of miles. I have yet to receive an answer on how to even get the other key fob, I have left messages on voicemails, answering machine at the dealership and text messages and no response. Pleasant straight lied to us about adding extra fees that we said we did not want on there and that if declined it doesn't break the deal, yet he made sure it was still added on to the deal. He did not go over the paperwork with me on the iPad he just tapped through the screens saying what they were and tapped my and his signatures into the blanks. This was by far one of the worst deals I have ever made at a dealership, simply because as soon as they made the deal and we left now they do not want to speak with you about anything now. We were even able to help in making a deal for our trade before we left and this is the thanks we get! I will make sure to leave reviews on all of your sites to make sure others know what to look for. More
