In a vehicle purchase not being surprised is important to me as a buyer. Lithia did not meet my expectations in transparency in our used vehicle purchase. The dealership was professional to deal with but the me as a buyer. Lithia did not meet my expectations in transparency in our used vehicle purchase. The dealership was professional to deal with but the sales and finance team did not communicate well throughout the process. The sales team did not informing the customer of standard features that would not be included in the transaction and poorly communicated financing process. The car was delivered dirty without detailing and buyer only found out features they were not functioning in the vehicle after purchase and the dealership was unwilling to resolve them for the buyer. Can’t say enough to praise Joshua our salesman! He was wonderful, he was so patient with us and worked so hard to help my husband to get the truck he wanted and my daughter the car she wanted!!! He was very nice and made you feel comfortable almost like you were just talking to a friend you have known forever! Will definitely go back here for next vehicle purchase!! Also want to say how wonderful Jennifer was in finance, she was just so so nice and just overall great at her job, we absolutely loved her! I was very impressed with the sales women Britney Brannan , she did the sale over the phone and text ,she asked me what I was looking for took my information over the phone and sent pictures. Britney called with the price I told her where I needed to be at we hung up and she later called and told me to come by she said will get it done .
