Greatest customer service with buying a vehicle!!! Was in the market for a new or newer Ram. Didn’t care for the one I sought after that was at Lithia, but met Steve when I got there who took us on a t Was in the market for a new or newer Ram. Didn’t care for the one I sought after that was at Lithia, but met Steve when I got there who took us on a test drive with that Ram. I was not impressed with the price for lack of options, I was told he could sell off of their Wasilla lot. So I went home and did some search and sent Steve a possibility from there Wasilla lot. He sent me back picture and information for a better one off their lot. Went back for a test drive and loved it so much better. It even was a short with the towing capability I needed. They also matched the discounts from Wasilla. Financing was a problem on my side but they came through with more than I expected. Steve did a lot of foot work with all the questions I had about my new Ram 2500 even after the purchase. You want the BEST customer service, see Steve, if he doesn’t have an he will find it and get back to you quick with it. I can’t say enough great things about Steve and Lithia, considering past experiences have been bad, this was my best experience in 20 years of buying a LOT of cars! More
