There is something completely off by this dealership. There is a lack of common sense. I received a call asking if I had my own truck. And then 20 minutes later stated I needed a new oil filter or they c There is a lack of common sense. I received a call asking if I had my own truck. And then 20 minutes later stated I needed a new oil filter or they can’t keep troubleshooting. The problem on both accounts is the oil filter is literally 48 hours. And the code cleared when I gave them the code before I even dropped it off. More

I am very satisfied by the outstanding consumer service I received using Lithia. They went above and beyond to make purchasing a vehicle on an island seamless and enjoyable. Drago was wonderful and I appreciate how easy it all was. My only suggestion was that I bought I used car and it was delivered to me with garbage in it and no floor mats.
