His personal is one that makes you feel comfortable with and no pressure to buy. And going on test drives with him, there is no pressure. He make it feel like your driving your own vehicle. I couldn't ask for a better sale man. He will do what he can to get you the best deal. Unfortunately we didn't buy the vehicle we wanted do to the higher up management not wanting to come down on there price, but that is there loss for are offer was just a couple thousand off there mark up price. But like I said Jose is the sales man to see, if we do see another vehicle there that we would like to look at we will be asking for him. More
Over rated ... you decide? I went in to look at a truck and after being handed off to the best sales men ever Jose! Jose helped me find my way in to exactly what I was looking for and he fought all the way to the end to get me want I wanted and with no truble from him at all the problem was when it came time to talk cash my final offer was $2,500 under there listed sticker price! ! ! Wen the sales manager decided my money wasent good enough even tho the vehicle has noted problems i pointed out worth well over $1,500 plus in parts/shop time witch they refused to fix/repair with there last offer to me. Not to mention there $1,000 over NADA clean retail! Witch the head manager/owner? said there prices are from, not there own websites value coculater for trade in / dealer values, On top of that Jose was insulted and put down verbally infrunt of my self and 2 other witnises because he was standing up for me and stating for the second time that I had made my final offer, some times you feel sorry for some one you hardly even know and this was one of those times wen your heat dropped and you fell disgusted an employee cooed be treated so harsly for doing the right thing by a customer and not the company! Worst experience ever at a dealership! Or any business for that matter! Sorry to whom it may concern but it needs to be said there improper handling of that/this situation is unacceptable and will not be tolerated, on a customer level! More
Steve Belden was great! We were looking for a car for our newly-licensed daughter. We wanted something reliable but not new, and also something with less than 70,000 miles. We were looking for a car for our newly-licensed daughter. We wanted something reliable but not new, and also something with less than 70,000 miles. We had looked at used car lots (mostly dealers, not independent) but were coming up empty handed. We had a budget and were prepared to stick to it, knowing we wanted to buy an extended warranty. We wound up at Lithia, on our way to look at Lybergers. We met Steve, and he showed us a newer car with less than 70,000 miles on it. My daughter took it for a test drive and really liked it. She said she felt safe in it as well. We went home and did some research on it, to find out it had great safety ratings and fantastic gas mileage. It was a little above budget, but priced below book value, so we decided to jump on it. Steve provided us with the CarFax report to show it had no accidents and a fantastic maintenance record. We knew we needed to buy this vehicle for our daughter at this point. The day the car was delivered to us, we drove it home and I didn't notice anything wrong with it. When I later drove the car to pick the kids up from school, I got in the passenger seat so my daughter could drive it, and I noticed the floor mat was missing from the front passenger side. Later, I noticed a rock ding with a tiny crack on the passenger side window. Knowing how quickly cracks can spread in Alaska, I immediately texted Steve. He was surprised, and equally as embarrassed that he didn't notice the ding. He said he would work on it and get back to me. Not too long after, he texted me and said he would foot the bill for two rubber floor mats (winter grade!) and to bring the car in to Speedy Auto Glass to look at the ding in the windshield, that Lithia would take care of it. Now, I have never purchased a car from Lithia before. I grew up an Alaska Sales kid and later converted to a Honda mom. I love my Honda and the customer service there is fantastic. But Steve has gone above and beyond for me and my daughter and I am very happy with his level of customer service. Even though there were some learning curves for him as a newer employee and my stiff "mom questions", Steve delivered on every aspect. He was so great he earned some homemade goodies from my kitchen (only cheap coffee, right Steve?). If my daughter ever gets a job that can afford that Jeep she's always wanted, I hope you're still with Lithia! More
