Comfortable, easy, worry free experience We were in the position that we weren't really ready to buy a new car, but my car was becoming undependable, and no Mom needs that worry. My husband had helped my sister, who lives in Nome, go car shopping on one of her business trips to Anchorage last Spring. They had a very good experience at Lithia, and he also liked the Durango that she ultimately decided to purchase. We decided to start our search there and they had what we were looking for as far as the features in the vehicle I wanted and pretty close to the price we were okay with spending. We initially worked with Troy, who I believe had also helped my sister, but when we were able to return, he was not available, so referred us to David Dowd. David was genuinely nice, cheerful (even at 8:30/9pm when we were finishing up the deal) and seemed so happy for us. We enjoyed working with him. The other staff, including Matt in Finance, were all also helpful, cheerful and considerate, even at that late hour when they likely would have liked to been home w/ their families.
