Exceptional Customer Service A little more than a year ago I became a Lithia customer, as I had heard of their quality reputation from other friends. I now have both a renewed co A little more than a year ago I became a Lithia customer, as I had heard of their quality reputation from other friends. I now have both a renewed confidence in the vehicle that I am driving and an immense trust in the Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram service department, as they consistently contact me when any type of scheduled maintenance is required for my truck. Recently my faith in the Lithia service department was fully sealed when I brought an anomalous issue to their attention ~ a defective tire that blew, from sidewall to sidewall, while traveling with my family to Denali. The tires had a total of 19,000 miles on them, so in my mind, there was now a safety concern regarding all of the tires as they could be potentially defective. Understandably, Lithia was under no obligation to assist me with this issue, but because they wanted to ensure my safety and peace of mind, they made the decision to replace all of the tires at a minimal cost. And, to go one step further, they provided a rental car so we could run errands in town during the tire change-over because the shuttle service was unavailable on weekends. Clayton McCurdy (the Express Lane Manager) ensured that our concerns were resolved during this entire process and we greatly appreciate the professionalism and compassion that he extended to us. Lithia continues to go above and beyond to ensure that I am driving a safe and reliable vehicle, which for me, has solidified their quality service reputation. There is no doubt that I will continue to return to Lithia for any of my vehicle needs, as I truly know that they have both mine and my family’s safety and best interest at heart. More

My reasoning is that we need to be honoring of all our veterans who have served, especially the past ones, who put their lives on the line, just so we could enjoy our new car purchases. Best Buyimg Experience - I'm the woman that loves window shopping for new vehicles and not following through due to the fact that I just hate the process of being attacked the I'm the woman that loves window shopping for new vehicles and not following through due to the fact that I just hate the process of being attacked the second you drive on lot, then of course the process of negotiating back and forth. I dislike it so much I took a friend with me to do all the talking almost 5 years ago for my last truck. Then a friend recommended Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Of South Anchorage when we were looking to trade in our Acadia and looking at the Durango. So long story longer, I needed something to handle the towing of said newer addition to the family... A travel trailer. The process of learning more about the Dodge Ram (it's a HEMI) 3 weeks ago. I started with Lithia South, because I remember the exceptional service experience my friend had with her Durango. We stopped in late one evening and Steve Allen was kind enough to answer some questions and point us in the right direction, we left there with Steves personal cell number and some options that I needed to think about, no hassle, no pressure. The only thing I knew for sure was they ( sales team) wanted to make sure I was happy. A couple weeks goes by, life, family happens and I finally locate "THE" Truck i want.. The final step,of the deal was surprisingly painless, I stopped by on Thursday night, made the final decision to make the purchase, my trade in came in at a good number, and I said lets do it. I had a previous appointment I had to keep so I returned the following afternoon. To my great surprise Henery had expedited the install of my spray in bedliner and it was sitting there looking pretty. Finalizing took about 2 hours, however it was by far the best experience I've had buying a truck super friendly, super informing and super fun. It would of gone faster, but I'm a talker so I actually think I held them up.. Heck even finance was a pleasant experience, I mentioned to Matt that I had an extended warranty through Lithia Chevy on the trade in, he said really? Let's check on that, and he was able to cancel and take those dollars and put towards the loan. Overall I was your basic pain in the butt customer and they made me a believer of the " new process" of buying a car..
