Very good experience purchasing new Ram 1500-I will be back I had a very good experience purchasing a new Ram 1500. I reviewed the vehicle that I was interested in on Lithia's web site and determined which one I had a very good experience purchasing a new Ram 1500. Michael Hiett was the salesman that was available when I arrived on Sunday. He was fantastic to work with. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase items that I was not interested in. He was very knowledgeable about the features the truck had. Michael answered all my questions during the test drive. He kept me informed about how the purchase process was progressing and who I would be talking with for the financing. Michael called me on the day the truck was going to be ready to pick up to inform me of the progress on the extra undercoating that I had requested. Michael came in on his day off when my truck was ready to pick up and met me at the dealer to make sure that everything was ready. He arrived at the dealer prior to me and noticed that the sales sticker in the windshield had not been removed. He had the shop clean off the sticker and helped me get the vehicle to my residence a couple of miles away. He was very pleasant. I would highly recommend him. Recall on a 2015 Dodge Ram Big Horn Crew cab Was a little upset that I had to wait 10 days for an appointment, which I think is due to the fact that the dealership sells more vehicles than they c Was a little upset that I had to wait 10 days for an appointment, which I think is due to the fact that the dealership sells more vehicles than they can maintain, due to the fact that they Combined 2 dealerships and brands into one service department. They need a larger service area with more certified mechanics. This is the first positive experience I have had with the Lithia service department in years hope it continues. Tony got my truck in and out in a day with a very large job that needed to be done, which was appreciated as I was leaving town the following day. Tony also contacted mid way thru the day to inform me of the status of my truck ( even though he was slammed with other customers) as he said he would when I dropped off my truck. The other thing I would like to see fixed is when they brought my truck around to me the service technician did not have a plastic seat cover on my drivers seat, luckily there was no grease stains on my seat. But overall best experience I have had with Lithia service Department in years, thanks again Tony for the great service. More
