The level of customer service I have received over those years solely I have had my Ram truck for 10 yrs now purchased and serviced at Lithia Dodge. The level of customer service I have received over those years solely with Tony Allen in the service department has exceeded expectation. Tony has always been up front and honest with the service work done and time needed to complete it. He communicates effectively and is the sole reason I service my truck with this department. I plan to purchase a new Ram this year and half the reason why I will do so is because of the good quality customer service I have gotten from this dealership.
