Hardest vehicle purchase ever Worst vehicle purchase ever. Vehicle would not start. Vehicle died on test drive. Vehicle had 6 recalls that were not repaired before we tried to Worst vehicle purchase ever. Vehicle would not start. Vehicle died on test drive. Vehicle had 6 recalls that were not repaired before we tried to purchase. Was promised to have vehicle ready at a later date, and it was not. Drove 2 hours for test drive, vehicle still not ready. Did walk through before signing... detail was not done. Decaying leaves and such under hood, engine dirt. Battery positive cables loose. Was promised all would be fixed while we signed papers. After signing papers, truck was already out front. Decaying leaves were still under hood. Engine still dirty. Battery cables never tightened. Were told to give them 10 minutes (again). We had already signed and they once again did not do what they promised. Salesman had to clean engine compartment and tighten battery cables. Even though there are things that virtually every department could have done better, the responsibility resides with the (Assistant?) General Manager John Okoniewski. It is his responsibility to ensure the detail shop is actually detailing, that the service shop is actually tightening cables, etc... Avoid this dealership is our advice. More
