Great Service from Patrick! I called Patrick and told him I was interested in buying a Jeep that I saw online out in Wasilla. After sitting down with Patrick around 11am. Experience has driven me to not buy a vehicle from you anymo We purchased a vehicle and we were told that the bed cover would be fixed. After several attempts it was determined that it couldn't be fixed. An offer was made to replace the bed cover only after we pay an additional $280.00. This is unacceptable. Especially when we have paid over 30k for the vehicle. I am truly appalled to how we were treated by Mr. Villimore and Mr. Ragle We purchased it in a certain configuration and was promised it would be fixed, as noted in your "we owe" sheet. More

He accommodated our differences and similarities with various vehicles before we both excitedly selected the new Rubicon! He didn’t rush our decision, but answered all of our questions and the whole process was very comfortable. I enjoyed his knowledge base with the Jeeps and also the fact that if he didn’t know an answer, he would get it quickly rather than fake it. I also want to add, the reason we keep coming back to this dealership for new vehicles and service is because of Keoni.
