THE WORST SERVICE EVER, ANYWHERE They cause more damage than I went in there with. $150.00 estimate turned into 4K repair, which they caused. I called Lithia from the Kenai Peninsula to get the bottom line price on a Jeep Grand Cherokee and I spoke with Chad Voorhis who said he would have to check on it. It wasn't but maybe 15 minutes and he bottom line price on a Jeep Grand Cherokee and I spoke with Chad Voorhis who said he would have to check on it. It wasn't but maybe 15 minutes and he had the price for me he even offered to drive it down to me since I just got telling him that my vehicle was not running anymore. I have purchased several vehicles in my life and never once have I had this good of treatment. Chad was so nice I even told him that I had a hair appointment that I couldn't miss in the morning and he said not a problem turned out he got here around 7am and left anchorage around 4am braving the wind storm, black ice, and horrible road conditions just to bring my new Jeep Grand Cherokee to me. Thank you so much Chad for the great service you have restored my belief that there are still professional sales people in this world. I would also like to mention that I gave the Chrysler dealer close to me a chance to earn my business but they seemed like they were pushing everything on me and when I asked about the life time warranty and how much it was Chad told me it was 3200 and the place down here told me 3500 and the dealer down here would not take the additional dealer mark up off the price to earn my business.
