Went in for new tires that were purchased by the Elks Lodge, after an initial misstep with the wrong tires for my van, the Service team reordered the correct type. We'll, after a couple of hours I started to get concerned that we weren't finished, when I spoke with Kris at the service counter I found that the Techs observed my brakes were bad, and the GM Scott had them ordered. At no expense to me. Another hour or so goes by and still not done, spoke to Kris again, he explained that my rotors needed to be replaced also. Which they also ordered and replaced. New bearings, seals, rotors and brakes all replaced. I cannot find the words to express my gratitude to all the Lithia Dodge employees involved in providing us with this awesome gift.
