With my diesel truck, i trust that their going to get my truck fixed right, each time. I can go get the same services done cheaper, but i trust that quality work at Lithia. During this last summer i spoke to a sales rep and waa trying to trade a vehicle. That sales rep was misleading and treated us poorly. We went to dishman dodge where the sales rep there gave us far superior service and traded our vehicle without any hassle. Lie to customers claim to have fixed the problem, but then you have to bring it back for it to be fixed on 3 separate occasions. Tech's have no idea what they are doing. Broke my tire sensors then the dealer expects me to pay for it when it was the tech who broke it. No free oil changes when you buy a warranty. These guys use the Mopar warranty to fix the issues the car they just sold you has. They know what's wrong before they sell it. That's why they rope you into paying for a five thousand dollar warranty. That way they don't pay a dime out of pocket to fix the issues the automobile has. Bad business and I will never buy a car from this place ever again. Poor everything over all. More

I was rushed out of there after driving 7 hours from Montana. Felt like my purchase wasn’t important. Not to mention never met my salesman who sold me the car over the phone. Took my car is for a transmission flush, ends up with a leak. They won’t take responsibility for it, and they wanted to charge $600 to diagnose.
