First off,The gal that scheduled the appt said 30minute appt. I was there 1.5hrs. It’s okay but may not want to tell customers that. I feel your dealership wants is negligent wanting customers to come in every 3,000 miles to feed productivity. As a consumer synthetic makes more sense. Who wants to come every 3,000 miles and wait 1.5 hrs. I paid for A tire rotation also, hoping that was completed. I called and left a message about this issue to a female sales person since the service phone rang and rang. She said she would pass the note to the rep. I was very satisfied with the work done. I was able to easily schedule an appointment and the vehicle was ready close to the time I was quoted. I was given an estimate of $ 145 but the cost without sales easily schedule an appointment and the vehicle was ready close to the time I was quoted. I was given an estimate of $ 145 but the cost without sales tax came to $ 537. This was discussed before maintenance was begun. However there was some misunderstanding as to what was broke and needed replacing. The paper work I received clarified that. Worst costumer service ive ever experienced. I would rather give no stars than one. They would not talk to us on the phone. Would return calls but always a couple days late. If we wouldnt have got ram i rather give no stars than one. They would not talk to us on the phone. Would return calls but always a couple days late. If we wouldnt have got ram involved, we still would have a broken truck. They didnt know who to send the warranty paperwork to. Im done actually, im only dojng this cause lithia sucks. You want the rest of my review read the one i posted on google. And i sold my ram and bought a ford. Will never buy a ram, dodge, chrysler, jeep. Any of those brands. And i make sure to tell everyone what a piece of crap your dealership is. But your reviews say a lot. Most people think you suck too. So good luck. More
