First off,The gal that scheduled the appt said 30minute appt. I was there 1.5hrs. It’s okay but may not want to tell customers that. I feel your dealership wants is negligent wanting customers to come in every 3,000 miles to feed productivity. As a consumer synthetic makes more sense. I was very satisfied with the work done. I was able to easily schedule an appointment and the vehicle was ready close to the time I was quoted. Worst costumer service ive ever experienced. I would rather give no stars than one. They would not talk to us on the phone. Would return calls but always a couple days late.
