Happy with. Warranty service however I had requested oil change which did not get done and I would not known it didn’t get done except I asked how much I owed for it and was told it did not get done. Walking in the front door the receptionist greeted my wife Lorri and I listened to wanted. Sales professional Jennifer Hawk was introduced to us as the person that could get the job done. She was great, professional friendly and knew about the product we were looking for, 1500 ram. We went over what each model had along with cost through financing. She found us the right vehicle. The sales manager who I am sorry I didn't get his name gave what I felt was top dollar for our trade in. I after the purchase had many "help" with learning about some of the equipment. The communication was poor from service rep Yakov. Day one dropped car off at 11:00 and had to call at 3:30 to find that the needed water pump would take two days. Had to call Monday and did not get call back. Went to Lithia to find out they needed one more day. Then call tues to find it was finally done poor service experience all around. More
