Their practices are aimed at your checkbook. I called ahead to get prices and when I went in they raised the price before the work was even done. Sure they smile and play nice but their practices are un ahead to get prices and when I went in they raised the price before the work was even done. Sure they smile and play nice but their practices are unethical in sneaky ways. I’ve had multiple experiences like this which have totaled several hundred dollars of extra charges. Seems like they make commission or get promotions based on how much extra they get out of their customers. More

The service department this time was fairly quick in completing the requested service. Both people I met were nice and personable. Only complaint is that the chairs in waiting area are way too low so I completing the requested service. Both people I met were nice and personable. The service department was friendly and quick to perform the oil change on both our vehicles. They informed us up front that it would take approximately one hour for each vehicle but were able to get each o the oil change on both our vehicles. I have bought four cars from Lithia. The fourth one, a 2008 Dodge Nitro ended up smoking with a flashing check engine light on the way home. Had it towed back to Lithia, after a couple of days they figure 2008 Dodge Nitro ended up smoking with a flashing check engine light on the way home. Had it towed back to Lithia, after a couple of days they figured out what was wrong and they are going to fix it at their expense. This shows they care about their returning customers.
