This place might be Lovely to buy a car, but under no circumstance should you go there for service, ever, literally sell your Dodge Promaster do not let them have it, you will spend more in renting a veh circumstance should you go there for service, ever, literally sell your Dodge Promaster do not let them have it, you will spend more in renting a vehicle while you wait for them to figure it out. Here is the story, back in Dec of 2025 my promaster went in for repairs to the cluster, the service department apparently either fired or had a mass exit of employees so my promaster got literally lost for about 45 days until David finally found it, so that is $4,500 dollars. Then Finally we start working on the vehicle we are not on cluster number 4....maybe 5 at the time of writing this. And I can not get ahold of their service manager to save my soul, I have asked and asked and asked, but Rezwon will not call anyone back to address issues, his staff has as much said so. I then asking if there was a general customer service line that we could chase down some answer there. And I was told point blank that the new management felt that was a waste of resources so they go rid of those employees. Makes sense, if you don't look for problem...how can they exist. So now here we are 3.5 almost 4 months later and nothing....not a call, still not repaired...just screw me right?? Had I known that the techs and management at this place would be incapable of repairing their own vehicle, I would have sold at the first sign of trouble, I know Ideally I would not have bought a promaster to start, but I inherited these monstrosities. Because I have now lost more in renting a replacement, then I would have lost had I just sold the stupid thing back when it had the cluster issue to start. More
