I called up the dealership, gave them my warranty information and had it towed to them. The service manager that I spoke with took all of my information over the phone. They sent me a text the moment my truck arrived and was checked in. Then they assigned me to a service rep named Tim, and he kept me well informed ... sent me texts telling me what was up with my truck and called me to confirm the warranty covered work that they performed PLUS he told me that they had all the parts in house to take care of and fix my recall notice(s) that I had been putting off fixing AND when I asked him if he could replace my cracked windshield while my truck was there, he said "no problem". He got me a quote for the windshield and arranged for the glass place to replace it while they were servicing my truck. Needless to say, I am extremely pleased with the complete customer service they gave me and my truck while they had it. It runs beautifully again and all work was completed to above and beyond my expectations. Thank you all!!! More

While on vacation lost transmission on newly leased Chrysler I was on vacation in Oregon, and lost my transmission on my new Jeep Compass leased vehicle at less than 2900 miles. Daryl Hummell, the service manage I was on vacation in Oregon, and lost my transmission on my new Jeep Compass leased vehicle at less than 2900 miles. Daryl Hummell, the service manager at Lithia Auto - the Chrysler dealership in Eugene, Oregon was incredibly helpful and supportive to facilitate getting this repaired for me. This required him and his staff to interact with Chrysler customer service over a 5 week period of time. I was allowed a rental vehicle to get me home to Northern California, and when the Jeep was finished repair with a brand new, warranty transmission, the vehicle was shipped to the Chrysler dealer in my home town for my pick up. I cannot thank Lithia Auto and Chrysler factory customer service enough for being real "stand-up" people and making good on their promises. More
