incompetent technicians came in for an oil change,the technician twisted off a bolt on the engine cover, no part in stock I was told to return the next day. returned and they came in for an oil change,the technician twisted off a bolt on the engine cover, no part in stock I was told to return the next day. returned and they did not have the part , went home and found oil all over the back of the car, the tech did not tighten the oil drain plug and I came close to burning up the engine.
