I am torn about recommending Since my purchase of this 2015 Jeep, I have been so dosatified that it has begun to take its toll on me and any recommending as far as buying a Jeep, Since my purchase of this 2015 Jeep, I have been so dosatified that it has begun to take its toll on me and any recommending as far as buying a Jeep, going to Lithia, and purchasing another Crystler Jeep product ever again. My list of issues has been more than my fair share. I feel at this point that I was not taken seriously by the service team or the case manager st Crystler whom never returned my call. The seal that was replaced yesterday was a year old. ONE year old. And the dealership didn’t want to stand behind it because the manufacture didn’t support it. I feel the dealership should have stood behind the work that they previously did on the seal. Also when I picked it up, my seat belt was still soaked. That’s not part of process? So the inside of my Jeep is still wet and will turn to mold and stench. Clearly there’s a problem with the product(the seal) because it didn’t even last a year. So frustrating! My service adviser has been as helpful as he can. I feel there are further steps that could have been taken to satisfy my situation. More
