So I went to the Dodge dealership and bought my truck for $2,000.00 less. And I believe I'm about $10,000.00 happier, And I'm pretty sure that the money can buy happiness. Sales was great. Service is frustrating. Sales and finance were great. Service has been less so: So I got my car 4 months ago. Brought it in around 3 months because of a knocking from a back wheel and because the check engine light came on. It took over a week to get a service appointment and when I did get the car in, they found that the brake pad was installed wrong (incorrect size?) and I was told the check engine light was because of software update that was needed, but nothing was wrong otherwise. The brake pad was swapped out, free of charge (which I'm thankful for). Within the week, the car said it was overheating. I had to have it towed to a local authorized dealer (in theory, for the software update) and there they found a cracked part that is now going to cost $1100+ to fix. All of this would be less aggravating if I hadn't had the car in Lithia's service shop the week before and was told it was purely a computer issue and not to worry about it. I asked 3 times to make sure, that the check engine light was only a software update problem and that the car was good to drive until I could get it over to the authorized dealer. I was repeatedly assured it was fine. So Lithia is telling me that the cost is 100% on me (even with the car only being usable about 3 out of the 4 months I've had it), and that the part isn't covered under the extended warranty. That's been my experience with Lithia so far. Having to pay $1100+ to fix a car I've had for 4 months. Yay. More

Dane in sales was incredible with quick response to emails and even found us a year newer model that was loaded for the same price as the initial vehicle in which I was interested that I saw online. We even had to bring our 7 month old puppy on this car buying road trip and the dealership didn't even blink. The finance dept was just as great working to keep our payment very close to our budget, including an extended warranty and still keeping to a 6 year loan. Can't recommend this dealership enough! More

Transmission replaced My transmission on my Jeep needed to be replaced. The first new transmission was installed but something wasn't right in which was detected by the serviceman. I was pleased that I didn't have to discover the problem. It was driveable so I used the vehicle until another new transmission was received in. The new transmission was installed and now so far so good. I enjoyed the concise communication and no fuss. David Franklin did good by me. I just wish the key FOB replacement wasn't so darn expensive, which is making me wait until I can't anymore. CP More

Typical car dealer experience Standard car buying experience. Purchased a decent used truck with a typical dealership experience. Paperwork/purchasing took a couple hours to complete. Only complaint is that they're asking a premium for their used vehicles so they should at least clean the interiors. I was told several times the truck was in "detail" but upon receiving the truck it was obvious that wasn't true. It did look like it ran thru a wash bay and quick vacuum on the floor. The interior was filthy. Coffee/soda spilled all over the stereo controls, grease/lube product fresh and wet on center seatbelt(got all over my new pants), nook on dash packed full of pennies from previous owner, several McDonald's ketchup packets under drivers seat, cat or dog hair all over the rear seat, etc. Z More
