Matt listened to me first (that's refreshing!), then he recommended a plan to take care of our concerns. I was thinking I would need to schedule a future appointment. Nope. Matt had my Jeep ready to be looked at that morning, he told me when I could expect it and then offered a ride with their courtesy van driver. Great People, Great Service I have purchased several vehicles from Lithia, so have also spent a lot of time with the Service Department, as I always buy the lifetime oil change. I have purchased several vehicles from Lithia, so have also spent a lot of time with the Service Department, as I always buy the lifetime oil change. Most recently though, my new 2018 Jeep was having a starting issue. It was not included in the Jeep recall, although it was having the same issue as the recalled vehicles. I took it in and the Service staff checked it and found that the problem was the PCM. They kept the Jeep, got me a rental vehicle, and replaced the part. I truly appreciate that they kept looking until they found the problem and then fixed it. As always, the Service Staff was professional and courteous. More
