My truck broke down My Dodge Ram pick up broke down on the way to school/work. (I have been driving it for 3 years with NO PROBLEMS)! I called up the dealership, gave t My Dodge Ram pick up broke down on the way to school/work. (I have been driving it for 3 years with NO PROBLEMS)! I called up the dealership, gave them my warranty information and had it towed to them. The service manager that I spoke with took all of my information over the phone. They sent me a text the moment my truck arrived and was checked in. Then they assigned me to a service rep named Tim, and he kept me well informed ... sent me texts telling me what was up with my truck and called me to confirm the warranty covered work that they performed PLUS he told me that they had all the parts in house to take care of and fix my recall notice(s) that I had been putting off fixing AND when I asked him if he could replace my cracked windshield while my truck was there, he said "no problem". He got me a quote for the windshield and arranged for the glass place to replace it while they were servicing my truck. Needless to say, I am extremely pleased with the complete customer service they gave me and my truck while they had it. It runs beautifully again and all work was completed to above and beyond my expectations. Thank you all!!! More
