I caught a city bus to a mall a couple miles away, had some delicious snacks, and as I was considering some entertainment the phone rang. Lithia calling, your truck is ready. I looked at my watch. It had barely been an hour! I couldn't believe it! Ok I said, I'm on my way. These guys are always good. While on vacation lost transmission on newly leased Chrysler I was on vacation in Oregon, and lost my transmission on my new Jeep Compass leased vehicle at less than 2900 miles. Daryl Hummell, the service manage I was on vacation in Oregon, and lost my transmission on my new Jeep Compass leased vehicle at less than 2900 miles. Daryl Hummell, the service manager at Lithia Auto - the Chrysler dealership in Eugene, Oregon was incredibly helpful and supportive to facilitate getting this repaired for me. This required him and his staff to interact with Chrysler customer service over a 5 week period of time. I was allowed a rental vehicle to get me home to Northern California, and when the Jeep was finished repair with a brand new, warranty transmission, the vehicle was shipped to the Chrysler dealer in my home town for my pick up. I cannot thank Lithia Auto and Chrysler factory customer service enough for being real "stand-up" people and making good on their promises. More
