I believe in Dodge and that they will stand for great servic I traded my car for much older truck and bought as is. 4days later and 2quarts low on tranny fluid. Oooh no!!! Service at Lithia was a Sad Expreience: 1 hour took 2.5 hours; Was not given a copy of my vehicle inspection sheet if one was done? My copy of my repair order said one was done. I saw my 2012 Ram 3500 dually setting out in the ready area, no one notified me? Why? I asked if my truck was ready, what truck? They could not find me in the system and then when they did, they could not find my paperwork? Why? I asked what the maintenance notation was on showing on the dash. Something about that IU needed the transfer case serviced, I asked how much and I got 2 figures. $147.00 was one and the other was $450.00? So I stated that when I came in for my next oil service that I would get it done then. So, as a reminder I asked that be given a notation on my Repair Order Sheet stating this and the cost and he said he would and when I got home 60miles from the dealership I looked at the Repair Order Sheet and there was no notation, none thing.
