The experience has been as painless as possible. So far I have only had interaction with a service scheduler and that went well. Dealing with Mitch in sales was a pleasure. Truly hate to give a bad review. I brought my new Ram 1500 in to the service center for issues with the Stereo. When I came to pick it up, I was told that they could not replicate th I brought my new Ram 1500 in to the service center for issues with the Stereo. When I came to pick it up, I was told that they could not replicate the problem. I grabbed the service tech brought him out to the truck and showed him the issue and I now have to schedule yet another appointment. I don’t know why no one called me during the day to talk about it, if they couldn’t figure it out or asked me to show them the problem before I left when dropping it off. This is also the second issue that I’ve had with my service, the first being the sealent service which they missed a number of spots and scratched the paint, which also required a follow up appointment. The service staff however are friendly. More
