Pleased, but I loved the quick and well done work. What did not happen was listening. I had asked for several things to be checked out and almost all were done. It felt a bit like ‘okay we got the gist of the your concerns’ and the list was made and the listening stopped. I even asked about the concern when I called back after service had been done. ‘Did the mirror get checked out too?’ The reply was I am sure we did everything you asked for. On my part, I will ask to look at the list before leaving from the drop off. All personnel were polite and when I returned with the question about the mirror, the response was adequate. Just wish I had been heard at the beginning so that all could be dealt with in one service visit. More
