I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my lifetime and thanks to this particular dealership, I will continue to purchase any and all my future vehicles I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my lifetime and thanks to this particular dealership, I will continue to purchase any and all my future vehicles from them as long as I receive the same consideration and courtesy which I did in my recent purchase. I've had many bad experience in the past by being detained and pressured into buying stuff that I really didn't need but there was absolutely no pressure per my request and I was in and out of the dealership within 25 minutes and left very happy! The sales person and finance manager are to be commended for their wonderful service and courtesy! More

Find another dealer to take you truck too I just moved here and needed an oil change as it was due so I took it here since it is a Dodge dealership. After a half hour a service person came ove I just moved here and needed an oil change as it was due so I took it here since it is a Dodge dealership. After a half hour a service person came over to me and recommended I do 3 things. Change my air filter. Flush and replace my brake fluid and have my fuel injection cleaned. I was puzzled with the last 2 as this truck doesn’t even have 16,000 miles on it. I told the service person no just do the oil change. After checking the Mopar maintenance recommendations the only thing it said was to change was the air filter at 20,000 miles. I guess they need to make money off of their customers to pay for the new or remodeled show room they have. I will not be going back! I just wonder what else they tell people they need and really don’t. More

Mike is attentive, engaged, and knowledgeable and he always delivers efficient expert service. While I was waiting I talked to a salesman named Jason about purchasing a new Challenger. He was knowledgeable engaging and friendly all without being pushy. When I am ready to make that move I will absolutely reach out to him. Also a while back Ricky in the parts department diagnosed an issue I was having with my locks and got me the right part the first time. I couldn't be happier. I've sent multiple family members in and Lithia service and parts and they have all had positive experiences. It is hard to find trustworthy organizations and individuals in this industry but I know I certainly have. They are quick and they do the work right the first time. I will continue to bring my cars and my family's cars to mike matt joel ricky and tim. Thanks guys! More

INCOMPLETE SERVICE WORK. ALWAYS SOMETHING MORE WRONG HAVE HAD LITTLE LUCK WITH THIS SERVICE CENTER. I BOUGHT LIFETIME OIL CHANGES SO I AM IN THERE ALOT AND ALWAYS SOMETHING WRONG AFER I PIC IT BACK UP. H HAVE HAD LITTLE LUCK WITH THIS SERVICE CENTER. I BOUGHT LIFETIME OIL CHANGES SO I AM IN THERE ALOT AND ALWAYS SOMETHING WRONG AFER I PIC IT BACK UP. HERE IS MY HISTORY IN MY OPTION. 1. WHEN I PURCHASED IT HEADLIGHTS WEREN'T ADJUSTED AND SPEEDOMETER WASN'T CORRECT. BROGHT IT BACK IN FIXED HEADLIGHTS AND SPEEDOMETER. LEFT DEALERSHIP AND NO GAUGES WORKED HAD TO BRING IT BACK IN NEXT DAY TO FIX AGAIN ( TIME AND FUEL) 2. OUTSIDE TEMP GAUGE READS 182 DEGREES AND ITS 78 OUTSIDE INTERMITENTLY. BROUGHT IT IN CANT SIMULATE ISSUE! HAPPENS ONCE A MONTH. 3. BROGHT IT IN FOR OILD CHANGE AND TRUCK WAS DROPPED OFF LIFT SPILLING OIL EVERYWHERE AND DESTROYING NERF BAR. ( THEY REPLACED NERF BAR ) HAS HAD OIL LEAK EVER SINCE THAT DAY HAVE BROUGHT IT BACK FOR OVER A YEAR AND THEY CAN'T FIGURE IT OUT. 4. HAVE HAD RECALL AFTER RECALL. 5. BROUGHT TRUCK IN FOR RECALL OF WATER PUMP. PICKED UP AND HAD COOLANT LIGHT ON EVERYTIME I STARTED IT. HAD TO BRING IT BACK AGAIN TO BLEED THE SYSTEM. NOW INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF TRUCK HAD COOLANT SMELL. 6. HAD TO MAKE NEW APPOINTMENT TO FIND OIL LEAK AGAIN!!! THESE ARE JUST SOME OF THE ISSUES WITH THE SERVICE I HAVE BEEN GETTING . THE SEVICE DESK GUYS HAVE BEEN HELPFUL BUT THE SERVICE ON MY TRUCK HAS BEEN VERY FRUSTRATING. WOULD LIKE A CALL FROM SOMEONE ON THIS. More
