First Car!!! I walked in looking for a car, but found a cute Mazda which I have been looking at. The dealer was very patient as we looked at the call then had to call my Step Dad down to give his blessing. Went for a test drive and it drove wonderfully. When we got back they got me a bank to finance the car (which I didn't think would happen with the low down payment I had and high student debt...). It took a while to get everything done but that was the banks and not the dealer. He kept us entertained with his stories and happy personalty. Always made sure we understood what was happening and got me into my new to me car! They were fast, helpful and an all around great dealership. More

The finance guy Larry Wheeler convinced me to buy a warranty for 30k miles which cost an extra $ I bought a truck 2 months ago from lithia in rosburg. On my way home Monday the check engine light came on so I took it in 2 have it tested, needs a new injector & the fuel module went out! The Mechanic said he called the warranty and nothing is covered. I called Lithia to see if they could help me figure out what to do. It took 3 days of getting put on hold & transferred 2 someone else just to be told well your out of luck basically! Wouldn't buy another vehicle there & wouldn't recommend 2 anyone! More

Booted for complaining I bought two new vehicles from the dealership and after a bad experience the second time I wrote dodge and gave a negative survey. On my next oil chan I bought two new vehicles from the dealership and after a bad experience the second time I wrote dodge and gave a negative survey. On my next oil change they booted us from the dealership saying we were hostile because we had wrote negative surveys about them. Short story now I have to drive 45 minutes to get my vehicle serviced. More

They lie and cheat you. Don't ever take your truck or car for service at Lithia.
