Never again. I went in on April 22nd and purchased a Chrysler 200, NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM THIS PLACE EVER. I was told "life time oil changes include " WRONG i I went in on April 22nd and purchased a Chrysler 200, NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM THIS PLACE EVER. I was told "life time oil changes include " WRONG i was charged almost $900 for that. i was told "it has a warranty that comes with it" WRONG I PAID ALMOST $4000 FOR THAT NOW IM PAYING $14,000 FOR A CAR LISTED AT 10,000 THEN ON TOP OF ALL OF THAT MY CAR STARTED MAKING A STRANGE NOISE ABOUT A WEEK AFTER PURCHASE I WAS TOLD THE NOSE WAS SEVERAL LUG NUTS ON THE FRONT TIRE WERE NOT SECURE BUT IT WAS no big deal !!NO BIG DEAL!!!! I HAVE A CHILD HAD MY TIRE COME OFF IT WOULD HAVE SERIOUSLY INJURED IF NOT KILLED HER AND I BOTH. I AM 100 PERCENT DONE WITH LITHIA THIS IS THE 4TH CAR IN A ROW I HAVE BOUGHT THAT HAS GIVIN ME ISSUES WITHIN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS OF PURCHASE I WOULDNT RECOMMED OR BUY FROM THEM EVER AGAIN More
