Stranded in Klamath Falls On our vacation, we broke down at Crater Lake. After being towed to Kalmath Falls, we decided our old 1995 Dodge Ram needed replacement. I called Lith On our vacation, we broke down at Crater Lake. After being towed to Kalmath Falls, we decided our old 1995 Dodge Ram needed replacement. I called Lithia and spoke with Tony Zito. He picked us up at the tow yard and drove us to the dealership. We looked at a number of trucks before deciding on a new 2500 Ram. The paperwork went smoothly and painlessly. We were happy with the price that we settled on. We still needed a hitch installed so we could get our fifth wheel trailer home to Southern California. There was a small glitch getting the parts, but it was not the fault of Lithia. Alfredo in the parts department made every effort to get the parts as soon as possible. Due to the need to get both the trailer and our old truck home, we put 3600 miles on the new truck. It performed flawlessly. The entire experience could have been the biggest headache of our lives and it was not without a number of trying situations. The staff at Lithia in Klamath Falls helped to ease many of the problems that we encountered. Two thumbs up!! More
