Most recently, I needed some fairly extensive maintenance done as far as fluid flushes. One of the things I like the most about Lithia Dodge/Jeep is that they give me some workable options about splitting up the work into more than one service visit in order to be able for the work to fit into our regular family budget. Steering box fell off, a bolt was missing & 2 others snapped in 1/2. After calling 3x, Lithia said I only had a 60 day warranty. Vehicle had less than 50k on it when I purchased it. They were not concerned at all that this happened after only having it for less than 3 months. I had to get it towed over 30 miles and now it's sitting in my driveway useless. One of the reasons I purchased this vehicle was because of the low mileage. Lithia didn't seem concerned at all about the danger I was put in. More
