I was super impressed. Sounds made up almost. I called service department after 4pm and they told me bring it in at 8am. Amazing! Then they followed thru exactly as I was told , I was out of there by the service department after 4pm and they told me bring it in at 8am. Amazing! Then they followed thru exactly as I was told , I was out of there by the end of the next day. That was fast! And they did alot of work, ok impressive. And get this, the work was slightly cheaper than quoted, isn't that awesome! More

Phones were promptly answered. Replacement of secondary battery done in timely manner and covered under warranty. Service advisor David Machado was helpful and professional. My only negative comment is th battery done in timely manner and covered under warranty. Service advisor David Machado was helpful and professional. My only negative comment is that I counted at least 10 customer service/sales people milling around with apparently nothing to do. Seemed excessive. Also, I didn’t appreciate the rather loud music coming from sales area. More
