Bought a "certified" Jeep Grand Cherokee from Lithia Grants Pass in October. After driving the vehicle home, I started going through the vehicle as a new owner would do and found tons of dirt caked unde Grants Pass in October. After driving the vehicle home, I started going through the vehicle as a new owner would do and found tons of dirt caked under the engine covers, debris under the seats, basically anywhere you would have had to move something to get to. Took me hours to clean it up. And wait for this... THE PRIOR OWNER'S WALLET was still tucked in the cubby behind the gear shifter. I found it a couple days ago tucked up in there. I never used the cubby much and . If you think this review is spam, I can post pictures. There is no way the dealer could have done a "certified vehicle" inspection on this vehicle before sale or any inspection from what I now see. I would suspect they didn't even clean it until after I got there. The Jeep also had a TSB oil leak issue that was not taken care of and a prior accident that was not disclosed. When I bought it I was told any Lithia will cover the "Certified Warranty". Our local Litha in Klamath Falls gave me the 3rd degree when taking it in for the TSB oil/coolant drip issue questioning the certified warranties and discrediting the issues to the point I had to say something about it. I still isn't fixed. I will not deal with unprofessional staff. Not a good way to treat your local Disabled Veterans. Lithia bad. More

This dealership has no professional in their stuff, they are there not to help people but to charge tons of money and 2 to 3 hours job. This dealership charge close to 1000.00 USD to replace a thermostat in my 2012 Dodge caravan. They come for approval for the work when customers is in panic and confused after breaking down instead for the advice what to be done to get on the road. My plan to visit my grandson came to halt, because they shafted me all the money I had to travel. Very unprofessional people, my advice please stay away and save your heartache. More
Beware of bait and switch. I thought and was told that the 2022 Ram 3500 I was buying was a Certified Pre-owned vehicle and would have the 7 year 100000 mile powertrain warrant I thought and was told that the 2022 Ram 3500 I was buying was a Certified Pre-owned vehicle and would have the 7 year 100000 mile powertrain warranty. Lithia could not sell the vehicle because there was Fiat/Chrysler America (FCA) recall notice for a heater grid relay. No problem I put down a deposit and waited for the recall to be completed. When it was completed I was notified and we went from New Mexico to Oregon to pickup the vehicle. After we started the paper work the salesman, Jason P. who did an excellent job, told me that the finance manager, LIAR Arron Gutierrez, just told him that the vehicle was no longer Certified Pre-owned because they had completed the heater grid recall after the certified inspection was completed so that voided the inspection. I fail to see how a FCA ordered recall, done by completed by Chrysler certified mechanics can change a the results of the :Lithia performed certified pre-owned inspection advertised as being from "nose to tail". This dealer refuses to accept the extended warranty we purchased at Lithia Ford in Roseburg. Beyond furious. Need trailer wiring “turned on” for rear tow system- why is it not already functional?? Took my vehicle in for 120,000 mile service that costs $2400. They put the wrong motor oil in and very nearly ruined my beautiful vehicle. Charged nearly $2K more to fix problem...that didn't work. Found an indepent mechanic, first code that came up was Incorrect Engine Oil, he solved that and fixed all other problems that stemmed from their mistake. Never will go back there...beware of their "Service." I could ruin your vehicle! More
